Manchester fun day and pre anniversary celebration (18/01/2014)

Hello everyone, :)

Today's post will be mostly about our trip in Manchester, some recommendation about different places that we visited, how we celebrated our pre anniversary day and also details of ootds and makeup.

This year me and my boyfriend decided to go for a day trip to Manchester as we never have gone there together. Before, I used to not liking Manchester as I found it big and confusing to go around. But this time my mind has changed definitely.

We took the train to Manchester Victoria, which I believe it is the best stop, and after that we went around and discovered so many beautiful places.

We visited the Arndale mall, the Manchester wheel, Chinatown, Deansgate, Oxford street and Canal street.

In the morning we got a breakfast from McDonalds which was quite interesting to get as I never have before. Then we visited some shops like Urban Outfitters and American Apparel where I found so beautiful things but I did not want to spend my whole day shopping..

After we visited Chinatown. It is so beautiful surrounded by little cute asian places. I have noticed though that they have a lot of massage places there hmmm.

We also visited Deansgate but we could not see much as most of the stores were closed because we went there too early. But the tram tracks that are there were fun, we took some photos standing on the tracks.

Then we went around and found some little cute places by the canals which will be perfect to go in the summer.

Our favourite streets though were Oxford street and the best was Canal street. Oxford street is a long street and has some different little shops. Near Oxford street if you turn and look inside the small roads you will also find some indie studenty places. Our favourites are The font, The drunken scholar and The temple.

OUTFIT OF THE DAY:
1) Pants- H&M
2) Coat- Soho (vintage shop)
3) Jumper- American Apparel
4) Shoes- Urban Outfitters
5) Scarf- H&M

Next stop is Canal street which has many different in style pubs, bars and clubs as well as the best tea room shop that I have ever seen. It is a long road and next to it there is a canal so it is very romantic. We visited a pub there that we really liked and it is called Via. Via was before a warehouse and it was build around the 1800s and it has now a wonderful decoration that takes you back many many many years before. I highly recommend this place!!!

Leaving Manchester we left some good memories as well that we will always remember though. We will definitely come back!! We had a blast and an amazing time!!

Continuing with our day, we came back to Liverpool as we booked a table at Chaophraya. It is a dead posh fancy Thai restaurant. We only go there for some important celebrations haha.

OUTFIT OF THE NIGHT:
1) Shorts- Urban Outfitters
2) Shirt- Asos
3) Boots- Urban Outfitters
4) Hat- Urban Outfitters
5) Earrings- Topshop

After that we went home tired and just fell asleep. zZzZzZz :)
